The next lecture in the series will be delivered on
Friday, March 12, 2010, by Mr. Peter Wickham, Political Analyst and Director of Caribbean Development Research Services (CADRES), at the the Auditorium, George Street, Belleville, St. Michael; his topic will be
"Counting the Cost of Elections in the Caribbean: Lessons from Dominica and St. Kitts". As usual lunch will be served from 12.30 pm and the lecture will start at 1.00 pm.
