The reporter sought clarification and seemed to understand, but in between that and the published item things got garbled. I don't know who or what was responsible for that. Even with the mistake, the broad message is right: reserves and reserve cover will fall, and that is a concern. I believe that the technical details may not really matter to the general reader.
